Since Shopify already submitted a Billing API exemption on your behalf, you just need to make two small updates to your listing: check the "I have approval to charge merchants outside of the Shopify Billing API" checkbox in your Pricing details page, and add a URL linking to a page that explains the Darb Assabil courier shipping fee. Once those are done, record a short screen recording showing the updates and submit it as your proof of resolution on the feedback card in your Partner Dashboard.
